Blaise Alexander is a second generational family owned business that has been proudly serving the Central Pa area since the 70's! They have 15 locations of new and preowned vehicles. Blaise Alexander, a native of Centralia, PA, graduated from Mount Carmel Area High School. He attended the Indiana Institute of Technology, where he studied Mechanical Engineering. Blaise grew up working for his dad, Aubrey, at Alexander & Son's, a used car lot in Atlas, PA. After college, he accepted a position as Used Car Manager for Stocker Chevrolet in State College, PA, working for his mentor Gene Stocker Sr.
In August of 1980, Blaise moved his young family to Montoursville, PA where he opened the doors to his first dealership, Blaise Alexander Chevrolet. Since that time Blaise has established 14 additional locations throughout Central Pennsylvania that employ over 700 people. The Alexander Family dealerships offer Chevrolet, Buick, Cadillac, GMC, Toyota, Nissan, Subaru, Kia, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Hyundai, Mazda, Volvo and Ford.
Adding another facet to the car business in 1999, Blaise started Autotrakk, a company that helps individuals reestablish their credit history through timely payments. Autotrakk is now operating in 12 states. You can visit their website at: www.autotrakk.com.
Blaise has transferred some of the family operations over to the second generation. His son, Adam, is currently the Chief Operating Officer. Adam and his wife, Angie, are raising their three children in Montoursville. Blaise's youngest son, Aubrey, oversees the new construction and building maintenance of all the dealerships. He and his wife, Rebecca, have two young daughters and reside in the Muncy area. Blaise's daughter, Maureen, is a self-employed acupuncturist living in Santa Monica, CA with her husband Conor.
Family has been the cornerstone of the Alexander Dealerships. From the start Blaise likened sitting around the kitchen table with family, to sitting around a table in the showroom with his customers. Most days you can visit any location and find a member of the Alexander Family on premise.
